Terms of Service

These terms apply to SiteOps monitoring, evidence capture, alerting, and AI-assisted analysis for configured sites.

Service scope Responsibilities Beta terms Fees, refunds & cancellation Liability Contact support

1. Service scope

SiteOps provides website monitoring, scan-map building, incident evidence capture, alerting, and AI-assisted analysis for configured sites. It is a monitoring tool, not a guarantee that all errors will be detected or that all outages will be prevented.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the sites, credentials, and journeys you configure.
  • You must have the rights to monitor the sites and data you provide.
  • You are responsible for reviewing alerts, evidence, and suggested fixes before making production changes.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.

3. Beta and availability

During beta, features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Scheduled checks, deep scans, integrations, and AI features may have limits based on plan, configuration, or service availability.

4. Fees and plans

Paid plans, billing cycles, usage limits, and renewal terms should be defined on your pricing and checkout pages. If those pages conflict with these terms, the checkout terms should control for the order being placed.

4.1 Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of SiteOps and the provision of immediate system resources, all fees paid for subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by UK consumer law or explicitly stated on the checkout page.

4.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal. Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

4.3 Age restriction

By creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian to bind yourself to these terms.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the SiteOps software, branding, templates, and documentation we provide. You retain rights in your own site content, data, and uploaded materials.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteOps is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability should be limited to the amount paid for the service in the relevant period. Replace this section with counsel-approved language for your jurisdiction.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the SiteOps business entity operating the service, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
